OMG! Cheese Street E17 is almost here

And it’s taking over the square at Walthamstow Farmers Market next month

ore of a Dairylea-nibbler than a connoisseur of Baron Bigod or Tunworth? In that case, you need to, erm, mature at Cheese Street, the festival dedicated to all things fromage.

Taking place at Walthamstow Farmers Market on September 2nd, the fest will feature local and regional makers and mongers, including stinky stilton from Cropwell Bishop, nutty Parmesan from Bianca Mora and a raw variety from Fen Farm in Suffolk.

There also promises to be tastings, tours, masterclasses and (inevitably) streetfood from the Poutinerie, Mac to The Future and the Raclette Brothers.

Thirsty after gorging on all the good stuff? Off the Wagon will be showcasing beers from Leyton locals Signature Brew and Square Roots sodas from Hackney.
