First up, a four-minute walk from Leyton tube station, Leyton Star has a new kitchen residency Le Beefed. Using British terroir ingredients with French cooking styles, Le Beefed have gained a loyal following through various pop-ups in street food markets, festivals and their current listing on Uber Eats.
We’d suggest going for the Le Smoke Beefed – a cheeseburger topped with bacon and honey drizzle – one of the best sellers that our regulars come back time and time again for.
Meanwhile the Heathcote and Star, located less than a 10-minute walk from Leytonstone tube station, is also joined by a new kitchen resident Krapow.
Their aim? To bring proper Thai street food to London. With strong influences from Northern Thailand, Laos, Myanmar and China, Krapow offers something entirely different, punchier and more complex than traditional UK Thai cuisine.
Want something to tickle your tastebuds? Here you go. The KraPow is the dish that started it all. Delicious pork, chilli and basil stir fry served with fried egg and jasmine rice, this dish is the perfect staple for people looking to try Thai cuisine for the first time, or even aficionados who want to experience a traditional dish done differently.
Even better, if you join us on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays you can enjoy both the Le Smoke Beef or the Krapow for half price! This offer will be running every Monday to Wednesday throughout August so visit once, twice or go ahead and book your table every week until September.
Both kitchens are open from 4pm until 10pm on weekdays, so whether you are looking for a late lunch or a nice relaxing dinner remember, to join us Monday through Wednesday for 50% off your food bill.
